Legal Use Only: You must not use SOHUB CONNECT for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
Bangladesh-Only Access: The service only works inside Bangladesh. VPNs or international access are not allowed.
Internet & BDIX Required: SOHUB CONNECT works over the internet. Please ensure your ISP has BDIX routing.
Call Rules: Hotscan and Click-to-Connect can only forward calls to your internal SOHUB extensions — not mobile numbers.
Trunks & Plans: Only verified SOHUB trunks are allowed. Custom trunk adding is only available in Plus or Pro plans.
Verified Business Use: All accounts must be used for business communication and belong to verified individuals or registered companies.
No Tampering Allowed: Hacking, misuse, or system abuse will result in immediate suspension.
Community Conduct: Be respectful. Spam or abusive behavior may lead to a ban.
Payments: All wallet payments are final and non-refundable. We accept bKash and SSLCommerz (Visa, debit cards, and mobile wallets).
Policy & Support: Terms, pricing, and features may change anytime. Support is available via connect@sohub.com.bd.
